DSHC vs Kingsbridge and Salcombe (12-0)

Ladies what can I say, absolute incredible day of hockey! We turned up hungry for goals and we had a feast!

After a short treasure hunt to find the changing rooms we geared up ready to go. First half we went out strong and after less than a minute some smooth play by Chloe set up Bronwyn for her first of three goals. This set the pace for the rest of the game. We carried on as we started and more goals followed by Bronwyn, Lucy, Chloe and myself making the halftime score 7-0 all from open play.

We decided in the second half we needed to upgrade more in the D and try and win some short corners so Karen could do a no. 4 and within 5 mins Karen won herself a short which would have obvs been a goal of I hadn't duffed the push out which Brooke had to save (earning me donkey). Sadly our shorts weren't on form today but we did manage another 5 goals in open play in the second half from Karen, Erin and myself making the final score 12-0!!!!

Great play by the whole team and well earned Player to Bronwyn, followed by Erin and Carley for doing goals and bossing it down the right!!!
